Quote requests

When you request a quote, Build Big collects the contact and project details you submit so the team can evaluate the request, respond, arrange a site visit, and prepare next steps.

Photos, plans, and PDF files

Files submitted with the quote form are stored in a private folder on Build Big’s hosting account. Public web access and script execution are not enabled for that folder. Filenames are randomized on the server; the original filename is retained only in the private lead record so the team can identify it.

Uploaded files are used only to review and respond to the project request. They are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the quote, project administration, security, and applicable business or legal requirements.

Automated AI preliminary renovation planner

The project type, budget range, desired timing, and renovation goals entered in the planner are processed by an automated artificial-intelligence service to generate preliminary planning advice. Your name, phone number, optional email address, and city are stored privately by Build Big for lead follow-up and are not used to generate the plan. Build Big also receives an email notification so a project coordinator can contact you. Quote-upload files are not processed by the planner.

The generated plan is educational planning guidance. It is not a construction quote, final scope, permit decision, code assessment, or guaranteed schedule. An on-site assessment is required before Build Big can provide project-specific commitments.

Email and service providers

Quote notifications are sent to info@buildbig.ca. The website’s hosting provider processes information needed to operate the site. Links to Google reviews open Google’s service, where Google’s own privacy terms apply.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of project information by emailing info@buildbig.ca. Build Big may retain limited records where required for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes.
